Monthly Ticket Conditions

Iarnród Éireann/Dublin Bus Monthly Tickets must be accompanied by a valid CIE ID Card.
Bus Éireann Monthly Tickets must be accompanied by a valid ID.
Monthly Tickets are non transferable.
Tickets remain the property of Iarnród Éireann/Dublin Bus/Bus Éireann/Luas and must be presented at any time during the journey or at any time if requested by an authorised employee of Iarnród Éireann/Dublin Bus/Bus Éireann and Luas.
Customers failing to produce their tickets will be liable to pay the ordinary single fare for the journey made and subsequent claims for refund will not be entertained.
Monthly Tickets which are stolen, lost, mutilated or defaced will not be replaced or eligible for refund.
Cancelled Monthly Tickets must be returned to Iarnród Éireann /Dublin Bus/Bus Éireann from your employer by Registered Post or Courier by the 5th of the month.
Only unused tickets submitted by the 5th of the month are eligible for credit.
Taxsaver Tickets purchased through the company, have employer conditions that can vary from company to company. It is advisable to seek clarification with your company administrator before seeking a refund.
